Do you have weaknesses?

Because I do and never in my life, I gonna deny it. It will more worst than it looks like.

For, I am shy to speak in front of people (till now) but after I graduated from university and work in a place that demands all the employees to speak up, I learn many things here: to survive here, you must speak! you should have the courage to inquire to clients, make open questions, and lead the discussion in meetings then write it down in the Minutes of the Meeting (MoM) to remember the discussion and catch the gap analysis to make it into the report.

"Why did you stay silent? Do you understand? I don't know if you understand or not if you are not asking questions" someone said. I agree with that statement. But, at that time, as a new junior, I really don't know what to ask, or what to speak but I understand all of the discussion. I have difficult times to asking open questions structurally. I learn a lot from my senior and manager in charge about that in meetings, and I cry to realize how far I grew up here.  A lot thanks to them to give me many chances to learn new things every day, to encourage me to always improve my performance and never be satisfied with current results because humans can do a lot of things that we underestimate.

How about speaking in another language that is really different from our mother language? In English for example. Yes, a lot of homework to improve my pronunciation, vocabulary, sentences, grammar, and accent.

I realize that I should improve myself in order to study abroad. So, here I am starting the online course again through google meet. So, I don't need to go out from home. I can learn from people at the edge of Indonesia and meet new friends.

I am always excited to meet new friends and have chit-chat with them even though I don't have many friends to go out with. Today, we discussed about the increase of people who use e-commerce during the pandemic. I love the topics as same as I love shopping! hehe

At the end of the course, I asked the teacher about recommended movies/series to learn conversation and vocabulary and he gave me the youtube channel to watch: Jubilee.

He said that we should watch a lot of conversations to fluent our speaking so we can speak like a pro!

We have the same thing in common: we have cats that passed away. I was really sorry to hear that but I knew the feelings to get left behind our little cat.

I still want to have cats even though I lost four, but for other people who got new trauma due to loss will decide to have no cats anymore.

It's about time maybe.
